Archaeology; physical anthropology; Southeast Asian Archaeology; North American archaeology; field and lab methods; archaeological theory; early agriculture; human ecology; Neolithic; early hominid evolution; hunters and gatherers.
Current Research
Regardless of other projects, every summer I conduct archaeological research with NKU anthropology students at a Kentucky prehistoric Native American village site. I am often able to offer students either work study or volunteer opportunities in the laboratory of archaeology.
